Policy

Privacy policy

Effective 28 October 2026

1. Overview

Yimtor (ยิ้มต่อ, “we”) protects the personal data processed on www.yimtor.com (the “site”) in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and related laws.

This policy covers this site only. When you use ThaiQROrder or Smile Taxi Service, that service’s own privacy policy applies.

2. Data we process

Contact form: name, e-mail, company or organisation (optional), phone or chat (optional), type of enquiry, message and page language.

Processed automatically: for the security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) and to protect the site, your IP address, browser details and country may be processed.

3. Why we use it

Only to read and reply to your enquiry, to review and discuss partnerships, and to prevent spam and abuse. Never for advertising or marketing.

4. Legal basis

Your consent when you send the form, and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

5. How long we keep it

Until your enquiry and any follow-up discussion are finished, and then for one year after the last contact, after which we delete it—unless a law requires us to keep it longer.

6. Service providers and transfers abroad

We use the services below to run the site. Your data may be processed on servers outside Thailand (for example in the United States); each company applies its own safeguards.

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, security check (Turnstile) and sending the enquiry e-mail
  • Google LLC — our mailbox (Gmail)

7. Cookies and storage

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Settings such as having closed the language notice are kept only in your browser’s local storage. The security check processes only what it needs to tell people from bots.

8. Your rights

You may ask to access, receive a copy of, correct, delete or move your data, to restrict its processing, or to withdraw your consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing done before.

If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you may complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

9. Who is responsible and how to reach us

Responsible person: Suphansa Rueangsukhon (owner)

Send requests through the form on our contact page (type “Other”) or by e-mail. We answer within 30 days.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will post it on this page and update the effective date.
